Regolamento del servizio di prestito computer portatili

Informazioni generali
Il servizio di prestito computer portatili è destinato esclusivamente all’utenza istituzionale dell'Ateneo di Padova in possesso di account di posta @unipd.it/@studenti.unipd.it.
Chi prende a prestito un computer portatile è responsabile per:
• il salvataggio dei propri documenti in una memoria esterna al computer (memoria esterna, cloud, ecc.) perché, alla restituzione del prestito, tutti i dati salvati nell'hard disk vengono cancellati;
• la sicurezza del computer nel periodo di prestito;
• problemi tecnici o legali dovuti all'installazione di programmi o provocati sui siti visitati.
Prestito
• Il computer si prende a prestito al banco informazioni e prestiti della biblioteca presentando un documento universitario valido.
• Il prestito può durare al massimo 15 giorni, rinnovabile 5 volte. Per rinnovare il prestito è necessario presentarsi con il computer al banco informazioni e prestiti.
• Quando si riconsegna il computer il personale verificherà la presenza di eventuali danni.
Smarrimento, furto, danni e malfunzionamenti
• In caso di smarrimento o furto del computer o di una qualsiasi sua componente, la persona che l’ha preso in prestito dovrà sostenere i costi di sostituzione.
• In presenza di danni o malfunzionamento, il personale della biblioteca e del servizio informatico del Dipartimento stabilirà se il problema è dovuto a un uso improprio e in questo caso l’utente dovrà coprire le spese di riparazione.
Regolamenti per l’utilizzo delle risorse informatiche
Chi usa il servizio di prestito computer portatili è tenuto ad osservare quanto stabilito dalle leggi e dai regolamenti in materia di privacy; sicurezza informatica e delle reti e uso corretto delle risorse elettroniche.

Regulation for the laptops loan service

General information
The laptops loan service is reserved exclusively to the students of the Degree Courses of the Mathematics Department.
The student borrowing a laptop is responsible for:
• saving all files in an external memory and logging out from the personal accounts because after the return all data will be cancelled;
• the laptop safety during the loan period;
• technical or legal problems due to downloading programs or surfing on the websites.
Loan
• The laptop and its accessories (power cord and bag) can be borrowed at the library front office showing a valid student card.
• The loan lasts 15 days, and it can be renewed 5 times if not reserved by another user.
• On return, the librarians verify the integrity of the laptop and all accessories.
Loss, theft, damages and failure
The user should pay the Mathematics Department for any costs due to loss, theft or damages.
